Close to Gare del Est, so there are many means of transport nearby, mainly the metro line 4 which takes you directly to the city. metro is 1 block away. Friendly staff. I saw some comments indicating that it is an ugly area, I didn't feel it that way, because it is so close to the metro that you don't have to walk very far to be inside the hotel or the metro, there are shops open along the way.
There is a lot of street noise, at least on level 1 that cannot be ignored, even with the window closed you can still hear it. The room is very small (and in general the hotel: elevator corridors, bathroom etc), which makes it difficult to manoeuvre with the suitcases. But it gives a charm to the place. You are asked to return the room key every time you leave the hotel, which makes me think that it is not a good area (although I repeat, I did not perceive it as such). Very expensive for what it is, but unfortunately Paris is very expensive, and comparing it with other hotels in the area (with similar prices), it takes them away

It is located in a very well communicated area, near two train stations that connect perfectly with both airports and with the nearby underground. It is not far from the center, in less than half an hour walking you are in Notre Dame and in 15 minutes by subway . I have seen in some comments that the area is not very safe, it is true that there are many homeless people in the area but it is not at all unsafe or at least I never had the feeling. Very close by (5 minutes away) is the St. Martin Channel with lots of nightlife and entertainment venues.
The room was very small, but I understand that it is in line with the price (which was lower than other hotels in the area). If your intention is little more than to sleep, I don't think it's necessary anymore. However, the shower was narrow, I don't think that a person who is very big can enter. The breakfast was very repetitive, always apple as the only fruit. If you have problems with gluten you will have no choice but to stay on cheese, yogurt and ham for the whole time you are here.

Its continental breakfast is a must, with a great selection of lovely meals. Welcoming staff members are on the reception desk. Incredible and excellent location, a metro station is close to the hotel...

Location of the hotel was excellent and hotel staff was very friendly and they spoke very good english. Hotel is next to busy street but we stayed in 4th floor so didn't hear any noise. We arrived to Gare du Nord and hotel is indeed 5minutes walk away from the station. Next to this you have Gare du L'est close by too. I would come here again if I come Paris again. Hotel rooms were also very neat.

The friendly staff, clean sheets, double bed for a single. The nice weather and the U2-concert at Stade de France.
Only one toilet for both men and women in the cellar.

The location is really good. Staff was friendly. Good place for a couple of nights and business.
Thbreakfast was poor. It was only a small room with bread, marmelade and they served you tea or coffe. Not much things to have. Bathroom was small and no real shower, only a hose attached to the bath tube.

The unique triangular structure of the building provides oddly shaped rooms, particularly in the corners, which are slightly more spacious than the others. Those fortunate enough to have a room with a balcony enjoy a little extra comfort, especially useful for ventilation during warmer nights.
Noise from the bustling Boulevard Magenta below is a constant irritation, drowning out any hope for a peaceful night's rest-ear plugs are almost mandatory. The rooms themselves are on the compact side, and the bathrooms can feel cramped, particularly the shower stalls, which limit your mobility and make getting ready somewhat of a challenge. Especially frustrating was the unreliable Wi-Fi that cut out with frequency and the absence of air conditioning. Breakfast offers a limited selection. If you're not there early enough, you might find minimal options left, a drag when you're hungry.

Location. Close to two train stations and two Paris Metro lines. Best mattresses I've ever had the pleasure of using at a budget hotel.

The venue was set in the central position really close to the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est and Close to the train station and Nord railway stations. It also was very close to the metro which is very convenient.
The area was not that good.

The room felt cozy but was quite compact was nice. Hot water in the shower was reliable, but the tight space felt a bit claustrophobic. The charming little balcony provided a nice touch for fresh air. Staff were warm and ensured that I had everything I needed . The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Gare du Nord. I enjoyed being close to various dining options. There's a fantastic patisserie across the street that was perfect for grabbing goodies. My only real hassle was the noise from the busy street outside, especially during the night, tough to sleep well.

That the front doors locked in the evening and visitors had to be buzzed in. Close to the train station.
I was disappointed with the hotel. We chose it due to it's location to the Train Station but it was below standard.
